- Appointments are subject to technician availability
- Service fees must be paid prior to or upon completion
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Emergency services may incur additional charges
2. Service Warranty
Our service warranty includes:
- 30-day warranty on repairs and installations
- Satisfaction guarantee or service credit
- Free follow-up support for related issues
- Warranty void if third-party modifications are made
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate device and issue information
- Ensure access to service location
- Back up data before service (we're not responsible for data loss)
- Provide necessary passwords and access credentials
- Have legal ownership or authorization for serviced devices
4. Liability Limitations
Broadlink Techs is not liable for:
- Pre-existing hardware or software issues
- Data loss during service
- Third-party software compatibility issues
- Damages beyond our direct service scope
- Delays due to parts availability or shipping
5. Payment Terms
Our payment policies include:
- Service fees are due upon completion
- Diagnostic fees may apply to unresolved issues
- Parts must be paid for in advance
- Accepted payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, and cash
- Late payment fees may apply
6. Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
- No-shows will be charged a service fee
- Emergency cancellations are handled case-by-case
7. Service Areas
We provide services in:

- Surrounding suburbs within 30 miles
- Additional travel fees may apply beyond service area
